The Co-Presidents shall preside at all meetings of the membership of this organization and at all meetings of the Executive Committee; appoint the chairpersons and members of all standing committees, as needed to carry out the purposes and policies of this organization; be an ex-officio member of all committees, except the Nominating Committee; have the authority to sign checks if the Treasurer is unable to do so; represent this organization on the Council; and appoint up to three individuals to review the financial records of this organization at the end of each fiscal year, pursuant to Article V, Fiscal Policies, of the by-lays.

The Co-Vice-Presidents shall assist the Co-Presidents; perform the duties of the President in the absence of the Co-Presidents.

The Treasurer shall be responsible for all financial assets of this organization; keep accurate records of records of receipts and expenditures; pay all bills incurred and approved by the organization; present a financial report at each business meeting and at other times when requested by the Executive Committee; prepare an annual report; advise the Executive Committee in preparing the annual budget; submit fiscal year annual report to the Treasurer of the Council within 30 days of the end of the fiscal year.

The Secretary shall keep a record of all meetings of the membership and the Executive Committee; prepare minutes of all such meetings, publish the minutes electronically and/or in print to the school, and maintain copies available to the members in the school office; and coordinate with the (Co-)Treasurer(s) and directory chairperson to maintain a current PTO membership list.
